I haven’t received my license e-mail

Our system despatches the license e-mail immediately on purchase. The most common reasons for non-receipt are:

If you don’t receive your license details, before contacting us it may be a good idea to try using the “I lost my license” form to ask our website to send it through again.

We have received a handful of reports that Google is currently delivering our license e-mails straight to the “Spam” folder, which may only be visible by logging in to the Gmail website. If you are affected by this problem PLEASE COMPLAIN AT GOOGLE!.
