If you have an old copy of iDefrag that you downloaded a long time ago, and you try to reinstall it, you might find that it doesn’t offer the “username and password” option that you’re expecting, but instead demands a key file (and only a key file).
If this happens, you need to download a fresh copy of iDefrag from our website. You can find links to back-versions in this support article.
