At time of writing, license e-mails sent to Gmail addresses are being delivered directly to the Spam folder. We have told Google about this, but delivery of e-mail on Google’s infrastructure is outside of our control so this may continue to happen for the foreseeable future.
If you are using a Gmail address and are affected by this problem, you need to navigate to the Gmail “Spam” folder. This is not the same as the “Junk” folder shown in Apple Mail. To do this, log-in to the Gmail website and click on the “More” button on the left hand side of the screen, then click “Spam”. Your license e-mail will be in there. If you don’t see it there, it may also be worth checking the “Trash” folder, immediately below, in case something has caused it to move from “Spam” to “Trash” in the meantime.
(We would appreciate it if you would also click the “Not spam” button just above the e-mail, as that may help to resolve this problem.)
